My steps don't turn into light

Check Settings → Health → Data Access → Lumitree and turn on Steps. Steps sync when you open the app; up to 6 days back are counted.

Gather orbs within the grace hour after they ripen, or put a shield on your next orb. You can take light back within an hour.

You get your credit back. Retake the photos in daylight with the tree filling the close-up, from where it's planted.

You → Settings → Delete account.
